Membership & Fees

2025/26 season membership runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026.

Otaki Boating Club welcomes all new members, young and old, new to boating or old salts!

As a modest-sized, famiy friendly club run by volunteers we rely heavily on membership fees to run our club. We also depend on volunteer input from members and their families to run our events and maintain our facilities. Being a club member makes you part of our team!

Membership fees allow you access to the club, and to be a welcome participant at all club events.

Additional tractor membership gives you access to our tractors to launch and retrieve your boat. We have a newer John Deere 4 x 4 tractor and a David Brown 990 - perfect for launching off our beach safely.

As a member you can purchase bait, burley and salt ice from the club rooms at any time.

You will get friendly advice and support from other club members and enjoy a great social environment.

Refund Policy

Membership must be paid for AFTER confirmation of acceptance. 

Competition entry fees must be paid for at the time of purchase and are non refundable.

Any refund outside the above policy is at the discretion of the committee.
